Throughout each calendar year, University Recreation will host fitness programming to get people active. Prizes are available with most programs.


Holiday Wellness Challenge: Get a leg up on your New Year's Resolution by being active and earning points for various activities. The person with the most points at the end wins a Finals Survival Kit with items from Great Lakes Coffee and Avalon Bakery!

Summer Burn: Triathlon-style exercise competition with prizes available for multiple areas.
The 2017 Summer Burn kicks off on May 15th and runs through July 27th. Run 26.2 miles, (stationary) bike 112 miles, and row 10,000 meters in an effort to win money! This is a free event!
